Faye is passionate about an approach to education that values the gifts that each of us, educators and students, bring to our work together.

Participants in workshops and seminars receive:

• Strategies that teachers can use the next day, the next week, and the next year in their teaching.
• Strategies that meet learning objectives, using creative learning processes, and higher order thinking skills that readily transfer to other applications, including the written test!
• Strategies that serve the diverse learners teachers face in the classroom, building on the multiple intelligences and learning styles of students.
• Strategies that are grounded in a range of cultural traditions, moving the classroom toward a seamless global perspective.
• Strategies that are grounded in the things educators know to be good for children, and affirming of the very reasons teachers chose to teach in the first place.
• Strategies that support collaboration, learning, and growth of teachers and students alike.
• Resource materials that support ongoing use of these strategies, week after week, and year after year.

Faye Stanley offered multicultural music through song during a weeklong renewal seminar for teachers at the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching in 2007. The teachers absolutely loved her enthusiasm, passion and talent, and left her session with creative curriculum connections for use in the classroom. Faye is a gift to education. She is dedicated, focused, organized and a delightful human being. Her passion for teaching and music inspired teachers, leaving them renewed and recharged to head back into the classroom.
